Three countries, a busy few weeks

Just back from a mammoth stint visiting clients across India, Japan and England, working on distillery projects at very different stages of development.

In India, I was supporting malt plant commissioning with Modi-Illva. From there, it was on to Japan for site and business planning with Yamaguchi Spirits, covering gin, vodka and malt whisky production.

The final stop was Aedda’s Farm Distillery in England, for a client site meeting as we approach the final stretch towards commissioning—a diverse plant covering malt and grain spirits, gin, fruit brandies and liqueurs.

Plenty of miles and some rewarding progress along the way. After all that, a long weekend of rest and relaxation with the family was very welcome.
