We engaged Jack to help us design, develop and commission our distillery, and his knowledge, experience and support have been invaluable throughout the entire process.
From the outset, Jack worked closely with us to understand the styles and flavour profiles of whisky we wanted to produce, translating our ambitions into the design and specification of the distilling equipment.
He led the project through the design and manufacturing process, overseeing the manufacture and delivery of the equipment before providing hands-on support with installation and commissioning. Jack was also on site for our first distillations, ensuring we were fully trained and confident in operating all aspects of the equipment.
Beyond the technical side, Jack provided invaluable guidance with our initial licensing applications and helped establish the systems and procedures necessary to ensure regulatory compliance.

Jack has made a valuable contribution to the development of our single malt distillery at Modinagar. He understood that we wanted the flexibility to produce different styles of whisky, and helped translate that ambition into practical decisions about the plant and equipment.
His input went beyond the distilling process. Jack brought thoughtful, creative ideas to the architectural detailing, considering how the equipment, building and working spaces would fit together.
